"I contacted Roger after deciding I wanted to re-take my driving test
(having failed 4 years ago, under the tuition of a different

"I recently took a Test Booster (15-hour intensive) course with Roger
and was absolutely thrilled to bits to pass my test after it (so much
so, I have booked a Pass plus course with him). Having had several (6!)
failed attempts eight years ago with two different driving instructors
to compare it to, I can safely say that Roger's method of teaching
bears no comparison - he is simply on another level - excellent!
Patience, rational logic and good humour are all qualities that he has
in abundance. What set him apart from my other instuctors was his firm
(but very fair) and calm approach. He constantly offered really
constructive criticism and would not allow sloppy habits go unnoticed.
Ultimately, that's the kind of teaching you need to give you the

"I would recommend Roger as a teacher to every aspiring driver. The
standard of teaching is excellent with an individual approach and a
great sense of humour as well. Roger is very thourough and patient, he
always has a constructive manner and gives very clear and competent
explanation to any traffic/road situation or question - which I, like
probably many other learners,have had plenty of.
If I had to start learning to drive again I would not wish to have
anything different - from the very early stage and until the very end
of my tuition Roger has been very supportive, professional and

"I chose this
tutor for my daughter after phoning several companies and searching
several websites but as a fussy parent I felt quite frustrated until I
came across Rogers site . I was impressed
with the layout of the site , the fact that he is a family man and
seems very dedicated to his work and his students. I told ashleigh
to take a lesson see how she felt and then we would decide whether to
continue or not , After the first lesson she came home very happy ,
relaxed and satisfied with Roger and said she wanted to continue. we booked
lessons in advance so everyone knew where they were at. Ashleigh never
came home dis satisfied , always positive and happy with the way roger
was teaching her. If I had any
concerns or needed any updates from a parent point of view roger was
always happy to talk with me. Ashleigh passed her pratical test first

my lessons Roger was flexible, highly informative & most of all
really encouraging. I've always been quite a hesitant person but

the most patient person i have ever met. Teaching somebody to drive in
the space of just over a week couldn't have been easy, but Roger made
